Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the last item of your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at stablemailclub@gmail.com. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

Exception for Digital Products

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (including downloadable files, printable art, and digital sticker sheets) that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase of any digital product from Stable Mail Club, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you. If the digital content has not yet been delivered, you may still exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at julies.corner.creations@gmail.com.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods..

Return Shipping

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
